SHIPPING & HANDLING
Our goal is to process your order as quickly as possible. Shipping method varies by timing and rate. You can expect to receive your order within two weeks. Most orders placed by 11:00 AM Pacific Standard time will ship within 48hrs. Please note that some items may take longer. Please refer to information in the item description to see if your item may take longer to ship. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday.
TakThor Strategix charges a fee based on the geographic region for ground shipping and handling. At this time, we only ship to Canada. Please note that we can ship to PO, FPO and APO boxes via USPS. Ensure that you provide complete information needed to deliver to such addresses.For oversized items, heavy items or items valued at $600.00 or more, additional fees may apply. These fees will be indicated during checkout prior to your transaction being completed.
A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. This tracking number will allow you to check on the delivery status of your order. We will keep you updated on your order status via email.
If shipping within Canada or the USA, applicable taxes will apply and will be based on the shipping address.
To make a return, email [email protected] include your reference number, contact information and reason for return. You will then be contacted with return instructions. Remember, your return shipment must be received by us within 30 days from the original ship date. Refund or credit towards a replacement item will be limited to the original purchase price less freight. *Please contact your retailer if you purchased the shoes in a store.
No refunds or exchanges will be accepted on the following items:
- Goods damaged by misuse
- Goods damaged by abuse
- Items designated as “Final Sale” items

We reserve the right to change these policies without notice and to limit sales, exchanges or returns in situations of overuse or abuse of our exchange policy. This policy applies to U.S. and Canada only.
